The Weapon: Russia is dropping FAB-3000 (3,000kg) guided aerial bombs on residential areas. These are designed to destroy heavy fortifications, but are being used to erase city blocks.
The Victims: Approximately 2,000 civilians still remain in Kostiantynivka, trapped under constant bombardment.
The Tactic: «Scorched earth.» Russia is systematically destroying infrastructure and housing, turning a living city into rubble.
